Understand the project

Practical overview

When it fits

Use this profile when an SVM project needs to identify X1-specific network configuration.

Who it is for

Builders evaluating an SVM integration on X1.

Documented uses

  • Find X1 network and RPC documentation.
  • Distinguish X1 mainnet from testnet configuration.
Before you choose

Requirements & limits

Use a compatible wallet or SDK and select the intended X1 network.

  • SVM compatibility does not verify every application or dependency.
  • Mainnet and testnet are different networks; use the official endpoint for the intended environment.

Check current requirements in the official documentation. Source-based guidance does not mean OpenViST has run or independently tested this project.

Source-based practical guide

Find the correct X1 RPC configuration

Find the correct X1 RPC configuration

Before you start

  • Use a compatible wallet or SDK and select the intended X1 network.

Steps

  1. Open the official X1 builder-resources page.

  2. Choose the mainnet or testnet RPC entry for the intended environment.

  3. For the documented Backpack configuration, select Solana settings, choose a custom RPC connection and add that endpoint.

Expected outcome

The documented X1 connection configuration is identified; no funds are transferred.

Guide limitations

  • SVM compatibility does not verify every application or dependency.
  • Mainnet and testnet are different networks; use the official endpoint for the intended environment.
