- Telegram notifications require a Telegram bot API key and an optional /start step.
- Automatic buying requires a Magic Eden API key, a Solana wallet private key and configured conditions.
- The README documents running the project with Go.
Check current requirements in the official documentation. Source-based guidance does not mean OpenViST has run or independently tested this project.
Set up listing monitoring with optional Telegram alerts
Configure and start the bot to detect new Magic Eden listings, with Telegram notifications if desired.
Before you start
- A Solana RPC endpoint
- A Telegram bot API key only if Telegram notifications are wanted
- The Go project repository
Steps
Clone the me-sniper repository.
Enter the Solana RPC endpoint in configs/values_local.yaml.
Add the Telegram bot API key if notifications are wanted; otherwise omit that setting.
Run go run cmd/me-sniper/main.go. If using Telegram, send /start to the bot.
Expected outcome
The bot monitors new listings and provides logs; Telegram notifications are available when configured.
Guide limitations
- The README documents listing and purchase event logs, including timestamps, collection and token names, price, rarity, rank, supply, seller and buyer.
- Automatic buying requires additional credentials and conditions; this setup guide does not configure it.
