Add listing and offer actions to a React page
Use the README's React example to compose and send an NFT listing or offer transaction.
Before you start
- Install @holaplex/marketplace-js-sdk with npm or Yarn.
- A React environment using Solana wallet-adapter hooks.
- An Auction House, NFT, wallet and Solana connection supplied to the page.
Steps
Import initMarketplaceSDK, AuctionHouse and Nft from the package, and useConnection and useWallet from @solana/wallet-adapter-react.
Initialize the SDK with the connection and wallet.
For a listing, add sdk.listings(auctionHouse).post({ amount, nft }) to an SDK transaction and send it.
For an offer, add sdk.offers(auctionHouse).make({ amount, nft }) to an SDK transaction and send it.
Expected outcome
The page can submit listing or offer actions through Metaplex Auction House.
Guide limitations
- The example does not establish that the SDK deploys or runs a complete marketplace.
- Application-specific transaction handling remains necessary.
