Requirements & limits

The repository is public and MIT-licensed. Its README documents use with Claude Code and ChatGPT, and describes a skills-directory route for ChatGPT and Codex.

  • Departments are independently installable, so projects can select functions rather than load the full collection.
  • Skills can engage when a request matches their area or be invoked by name; department-qualified names distinguish skills.
  • The org chart supports searching, opening departments and navigating to source files.
  • The README says Claude Code and ChatGPT skills are identical, with different manifests generated from the same repository tree.

Check current requirements in the official documentation. Source-based guidance does not mean OpenViST has run or independently tested this project.
