Requirements & limits

Chio is an open-source Rust CLI available from its public GitHub repository under the Apache-2.0 license.

  • The tool is specific to Solana Pinocchio project development.
  • Project initialization uses Mollusk tests by default and supports LiteSVM as an alternative.
  • The TypeScript client flow uses Shank, Codama, and Bun.
  • The documented setup requires Rust and Cargo; development setup also lists Solana CLI tools.

Check current requirements in the official documentation. Source-based guidance does not mean OpenViST has run or independently tested this project.
