Practical overview
When it fits
Use Nault when the task is managing Nano through a client-side signing wallet and the preferred interface is web, desktop, PWA or a documented Docker image. Choose the desktop or web version when Ledger Nano support is required.
Who it is for
- Nano holders who need a browser or desktop wallet for sending and receiving Nano.
- Users who want Ledger Nano integration with a web or desktop wallet.
- Developers or operators working with Nano-compatible RPC and WebSocket backends.
- Teams evaluating a Docker-retrievable web-wallet deployment.
Documented uses
- Sign Nano transactions client-side.
- Send and receive Nano through a web or desktop interface.
- Connect a wallet interface to compatible Nano RPC or WebSocket services.
- Use a Ledger Nano hardware wallet with the web or desktop application.
- Install the web wallet as a mobile Progressive Web App for offline remote-signing.
Requirements & limits
The repository is public and lists an MIT license. Nault is documented for web access, Windows, macOS and Linux desktop releases, and mobile PWA installation paths for Android and iOS Safari. The supplied information does not provide pricing or account requirements.
- Choose desktop releases for Windows, macOS or Linux; choose the web version for browser access.
- Ledger Nano support is documented for both desktop and web versions, but supported Ledger models are not enumerated.
- Nault can use Nano-compatible RPC and WebSocket backends; backend compatibility depends on the required Nano interfaces being implemented.
- The web wallet has a documented Docker image, while deployment configuration and security hardening are not specified.
- Mobile access is provided through a Progressive Web App rather than a native mobile application.

Install Nault as a mobile Progressive Web App
Add the Nault web wallet to a mobile device using the documented PWA paths.
Before you start
- A mobile device with access to nault.cc.
- For the documented iOS path, Safari.
Steps
Open nault.cc on the phone.
On Android, select “Install Nault for Android” from the menu.
On iOS, using Safari, tap the share button, select “Add to home screen”, and open Nault from the home screen.
Expected outcome
Nault is added to the phone as a Progressive Web App; the web wallet also documents offline remote-signing support.
Guide limitations
- The project states that it has no native mobile app; this is a web-based PWA.
- The iOS instructions are specified for Safari.
Compare options for Wallet connections
These projects document a common task and share a project role. This is a source-based comparison, not an execution benchmark or a guarantee of interchangeability.
