Practical overview
When it fits
Use it when an application needs structured, read-only Pons launch data or historical TokenLaunched records from Robinhood Chain.
Who it is for
- TypeScript developers building Robinhood Chain data tools
- Researchers analyzing Pons token-launch activity
- Teams needing local historical launch records
- Builders creating read-only monitoring or dashboard applications
Documented uses
- Query V1 and V2 Pons factory contracts
- Decode and filter TokenLaunched events
- Retrieve launch and graduation data
- Index historical launches into SQLite
- Support research into copy-trading signals without executing trades
Requirements & limits
The public repository is MIT-licensed. The documented installation uses pnpm, with Node.js 20+ and viem as runtime prerequisites.
- It is read-only and cannot execute trades or sign transactions.
- V1 and V2 factory data is modeled separately because their ABIs and launch records differ.
- The SDK chunks log queries to address broad public-RPC range timeouts.
- A dedicated RPC provider can be supplied for broader querying.
- The historical indexer stores blockchain integers as decimal strings and uses SQLite for local persistence.
Check current requirements in the official documentation. Source-based guidance does not mean OpenViST has run or independently tested this project.
Query Pons launches from Robinhood Chain
Install the SDK and retrieve typed launch records over a bounded block range.
Before you start
- Node.js 20+
- viem
- pnpm
- Access to the Robinhood Chain RPC, using the public endpoint or a dedicated provider
Steps
Install the package with
pnpm add pons-sdk.Create a
PonsClient, optionally providing a dedicatedrpcUrl.Call
getLauncheswithfromBlockandtoBlock, then process the returned launch objects.
Expected outcome
A read-only collection of typed Pons launch records for the selected block range.
Guide limitations
- The package does not sign transactions, hold keys or execute trades.
- Wide public-RPC
eth_getLogsranges can time out; the SDK chunks requests into 2,000-block ranges by default. - A full backfill can take time against the public endpoint.
