Requirements & limits
The repository identifies itself as open source and its README states an MIT license. It is installed from source and runs with Claude Code.
- Claude Code is the documented AI runtime; this is not presented as a hosted web trading service.
- Paper trading is the default, and live use requires opting in.
- Available tools and authentication depend on the chosen connector; the README notes different authentication methods.
- The README advises considering API-key security when granting agents access to exchange credentials.
Check current requirements in the official documentation. Source-based guidance does not mean OpenViST has run or independently tested this project.
